• Designed the User Experience and User Interface for RBC, Royal Bank of Canada, in web and mobile spaces
• Provided UX & UI design solutions for RBC client and employee facing web interfaces through personas, user & industry research, wireframes, usability testing, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Worked closely with a team of developers and other designers to achieve the optimal product solution, using agile methodology
