Alpina is one of the biggest companies in charged of producing and commercializing dairy products in Colombia. It is well known for supporting the development of small specialized producers, but has a huge distance with their strongest distribution channel: neighborhood grocery stores. By analysing more than 50 stores in Bogotá, the Capital city, the innovation team could find that the storekeepers are the ones in charged of creating emotional bonds with each brand's representatives, and thus, by having a communication problem with Alpina, the brand was being left apart. 

La Novena Alpina is a design strategy that seeks to create not only an emotional bond between the brand and the storekeepers, but an alliance between two  economical actors that can help each other in order to grow as partners. The project is based on annual events, depending on the cultural aspects of each neighbour, so that by providing products, Alpina can become a provider of community moments and memories, always led by the storekeeper, who becomes the bridge in between the company and the consumers.
