Currently, IAFF is preparing to hold its upcoming Labor-Management Alliance (LMA) Conference, an annual event it hosts in partnership with the International Association of Fire Chiefs.
In 2018, the LMA Conference will take place April 5-6 at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center. Fire chiefs and union presidents from across the United States and Canada will attend the event to take part in educational and networking activities.
The highlight of the conference will be a two-day education program comprising sessions on a number of topics pertaining to labor relations, including collective bargaining, equal-opportunity employment, and change management. The event will also include exhibits of the latest products and services available to fire departments.
