Laconic forms, strict lines, large panoramic windows and exterior trim with a natural thermally modified wood make this house stand out from the boring chaotic development of Lutsk city.
I had to play the role of a human orchestra in this project. I developed an architectural design, a landscape design, and an interior design. I also did a painting that adorns one of the walls of the living room.
The house area of 300 square meters allowed to accommodate a large living room-kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, four dressing rooms and a garage for two cars.
This area was enough to provide comfort, but not create difficulties in running the house.
Most pieces of furniture were custom-built.
I paid special attention to the kitchen. I designed an additional cooking zone, which can be hidden by pressing a button. After all, keeping a tidy, minimalistic type of the kitchen is very important for the hostess.
Large panoramic windows let the exterior in and allow to enjoy a magnificent view of the perfect lawn and a rigorous geometric fountain that gives a coolness in the summer and plays the role of an accent on the site.
I was trying to achieve bright, clean, positive space for young people. The main idea of the project is a democratic interior with a thoughtful functional and without extra pomposity. The sun, heat, wood, comfort are the leitmotifs of this house.
