WHAT IS A SENSORIAL TRIP?
"A sensorial trip is a journey for the body and the mind."
Forget about drugs: all you need to feel in a different dimension are your senses and your ability to let yourself go! :) In this workshop I combined together techniques from Tantra Partner Yoga, Blind AcroYoga and Thai Massage with the beauty of Live Music.

WHY ACROYOGA?
After trying several sports AcroYoga is the one that I found which gave me the ability to do acrobatics without exploit my body. AcroYoga also helps to develop connections between people, synchronising breathings and intensions.
In my experience is the perfect tool to disconnect from our comfort zone to enter in another dimension: still remaining in a safe environment you can work on building trust with the unknown.

BLINDFOLDED ACROYOGA
To lower the perception of the physical space and focus the attention on the other senses I used lowlights and candles: many exercises are made with closed eyes, especially during the AcroYoga part. Who stays on top (flyer) is blindfolded and must put total trust into the others (base and spotters) to achieve the sequence.

HANDPAN VIBRATIONS
The handpan (commonly known as "Hang Drum") generates peculiar vibrations that facilitate relaxation of the body and the mind.
Mario González Aragón Aguirre is an handpan maker (NumenInstruments) and played during the class his instruments.
