Bebat Recycled

A journey through the world of Bebat.

The Briefing
Bebat is one of world’s most respected organisations that is completely focussed on collecting and recycling used batteries. To explain what exactly happens when you turn in your products like phones and flashlights, Bebat organizes workshops and guided tours in their headquarters. Nevertheless, they wanted to reach out to more people and make them aware of how important this process is for us all.

Our Role
Our role was to create a visual interactive storytelling taking people on a journey through the world of Bebat. With (extreme) eye for detail our concept artists worked out an impressive visualisation of Bebat’s recycling process.

Challenges
The biggest challenge was to make this story not only accessible for little children and their parents, but also for professional organisations.

The Result
The project turned out into a wonderful HTML5 experience site with manually crafted artwork and a high-level cross-browser performance, from IE8 over Chrome to iPad.
