Challenge:
Restaurant Manager Oscar, came to us looking for a new look to the Santos Family Food House, founded in 1980, which he had always belonged.
He had decided to give a new impact to the business, starting from the scratch, with a new name. Limón Serrano is a typical recipe of “Sierra de Francia” (Salamanca) with Sephardic origins. It is a dish with a bittersweet ending and salty tones that achieve an exotic taste. Vanguard under traditional basis.
We seek inspiration in Sephardic elements to represent the locals’ way of life from the inside, their everyday environment. From here, we move the idea to a current scenario, creating collages with colors and fresher figures.
We chose a Serifa type with big contrasts and sharp angled finishes, closing a visual identity, combining modernity and tradition.
We wanted to honor the habits of the area adapted to nowadays without losing the essence of other generations.​​​​​​​
