This is a project we enjoyed animating and creating artworks for. We were approached by Absolut Vodka to create an event poster for social media that would reflect the more niche DJs that were playing at Absolut's first ever Third Ear party. We have created many more ever since. 

Disfiguration and distortion were our main themes in creating an artwork that reflected the music being played at the event. We created a monochromatic artwork with the cobalt blue of Absolut Vodka while featuring a human figure with part of them being distorted, all later filtered with a grainy tv static look. There were many ways to warp and twist the figure, whether it be through melting, stretching, pixelating, scratching and more. We would love to explore more twisted ways of disfiguration for their next Third Ear event.
