Honey Harvest was founded in 2005 by Marilyn and Henry Mayfield. It is a locally owned business in Mexico, New York. The Mayfield family started honey production as a hobby and were originally influenced by the documentary “The Vanishing of the Bees.” 

This project was a simulated real-world project. I was a part of a design team and was provided a creative brief. As a team, we had to identify the client, the target audience, purpose, and objectives for the site. 

Audience: 

Gen-X Living in Oswego County and parents who are health conscious.
