For this project I had to choose a character from a television show or movie and create packaging for a product that represented that character. I chose Jack Pearson from NBC's This Is Us. I chose to create a line of hardware supplies because Jack works in construction. He is an old-fashioned man’s man. He was a mechanic in the Vietnam War. When he struggles with his addiction to alcohol he tries hard to fix it. When one of his kids is going through a hard time, he is the one to get through to them and say just the right thing. He works hard to provide for and love his wife and kids. Jack is often seen wearing flannels and cheering for his favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. So I incorporated yellow, black and plaid into the identity system.
