Dinamarca 58 is a project made in collaboration with Repositorio Digital Memorias del 19, an independent collectivo of history researchers which aims to gather testimonials on the 19.09.2017 earthquake in Mexico.

I took one testimonial to work a book and an illustration. Using the scanner of a Risograph printer, I scanned four times a map of the area within the testimonial, creating a narrative between text and textures. It is bounded with rubber bands in order to allow the reader to deconstruct the book and visualize the distorted maps.

The book is a non-profit project that will be spread by donation in different libraries in Mexico and Europe as a document for consulting. It is part of an art-action within the Medios Multiples contemporary art seminar founded by Jose Miguel Gonzalez Casanova.
