WHEN NOTHING LESS THAN MAGIC WILL DO
Please don't think me ungrateful, but I hated writing thank you notes. Finally, I realized that expressing appreciation wasn’t the problem – it was how I was expressing it! So I decided to design and fabricate my own custom cards. In addition to saying “thank you,” I wanted these cards to inject a bit of magic and whimsy into the recipient’s life. To that end I created cards that, upon exiting their flat envelopes, became 3D objects. The copy on each card was customized for the recipient, but the overarching message remained intact: Magic finds the unfolded heart.
