Vinyl & Ink Book
Vinyl & Ink is a compilation of vinyl records and fountain pen ink, two of my favorite things to collect. Every album featured in this book was paired with a fountain pen ink that either fit the feel of the record, the album cover itself, or an important fact about the album or artist. This book was created my Junior year of college during the Fall 2017 semester and is 8.5 x 8.5 inches. All of the content, writing, and the design of this book was created in three months during this semester. Not only is this book a documentation of two collections, but it also can be seen as a study of the beauty and importance of physical media, such as the album art of vinyl records and the nuance of writing by hand.
