Dad Time Iceland
For the continuation of my international Dad Time project, I spent some time researching countries that have excellent paternity leave policies. Iceland quickly identified itself as a leader. With 80% pay, couples can each take three months of leave and then have an additional three months to share between them. Iceland became an instant obsession. Last August, my team and I took Dad Time on the road again to explore parenting styles on the nordic island. This peaceful country created the perfect landscape for the next installment of my personal project.
