This personal piece, pays homage to the toy kit I have laying around in my studio. The Visible Woman was one in a series of plastic science model kits created in the 1950s. The woman and skeleton are carved in wood and utilize found objects. They stand almost four feet high. The box and hand lettering were done in the virtual world.

This commentary aims to shed light on the vulnerability and fragility of women around the world. Many have been taken apart and broken down so to speak. Wouldn't it be nice to do the opposite for a change.
