In October of 2016 The Bridgespan Group began to work with The Rockefeller Foundation to create an extensive resource guide for nonprofits seeking to build their capacity to innovate. After over a year of work and multiple versions, I designed and laid out the 69 page document below which was published as part of an online diagnostic tool.
The guide compiles multiple case studies, worksheets, and ideas for nonprofits to implement within their organizations.
