A commissioned illustration for a client who wanted an illustrated version of an old picture of her fiancé with his beloved cat, Iris.
I loved the image to begin with: full of nostalgia and adoration (on the human side... the cat looks like it would rather be left alone), so to create the illustration was a total pleasure for me.
