Royal Building came to us to discuss their new development site in Balmain. 13 boutique terraces and two freestanding homes on the hillside of one of Sydney’s most vibrant and historic suburbs designed by award-winning architects at SJB Interiors. Royal Building had enlisted the CBRE Group as the real estate agent for the project.
