PATTERN MAKING
Semester V
This pattern making project gave us the freedom to choose any 3 elements that we want to incorporate in our design, out of the four choices given to us, which were: A bias detail, twist detail, cowl detail and a built-up neckline.
Twist detail at the bust ( along with a bustier) with a waistline seam at Centre Back. The lower part of the garment: Exaggerated structural cowls made on a bias grain.
Fabric suggestion: Gabardine
