This will be a beautiful two, three bedroom complex situated at Rongai, Nairobi Kenya. The general style of the outlook of the building is modern with intricate and creative designs that will give character to the building from afar. Textured paint designs are used on the walls as well as chrome railings which are used for veranda sectioning. Mahogany wood paneling of 2 inches wide is used for structural purposes and also to create an out of the box design of which the shadows will play a big role. Landscaping of the area will be done with trees that provide good shade like blueberry tree and mwarubaini. Palm trees will be placed strategically around outdoor seats and along the parking area.
