BLITZ ESE box packaging
The Blitz ESE was a kit version of the popular Blitz RTR product from HPI Racing. This product was special in that it included a variety of performance upgrade parts, and a unique color style for the parts, that was not only aesthetically pleasing, but color coded which indicated plastic rigidity.

The marketing campaign devised by Global Marketing Director Rodney Wills for the entire Blitz product range including the base RTR model and kit version was a tremendous success, earning the brand recognition as one of the most impactful campaigns in the radio control surface product industry.

The radio control short-course market was starting to get crowded, and we needed to get the attention of consumers. The marketing campaign, along with edgy graphics and excellent product performance helped the product succeed in the marketplace.

My role: concept, photography, design, layout, logo design, element design.
