ilio Hair Dryer
In every bathroom there is always a hair dryer's cable dangling or piled up in a basket creating a mess.
This hair dryer was designed, and stripped down to it's bare minimum functional shape with a detachable cord. Once the cord is detached it can be stored, and the hair dryer itself can stand on its base. And since the device has a very minimal and abstract shape it will blend as a "decorative unit" with its surroundings.
The design is built by intersecting two very basic geometric shapes, with a very uniquely engineered controller. The materials used are subtle and non-industrial looking. All the needed graphics were also designed to serve their ergonomics and functionality without being intrusive.
