A figura humana foi uma escolha natural. Surgiu em meu trabalho e foi ganhando espaço. Interessam-me as suas qualidades, suas imperfeições e as suas inúmeras possibilidades de expressão.
I am not looking for the accuracy of real models, but to privilege the gesture that defines the body as shape, the look, the expression and the striking features of the face.
The human figure was a natural choice. It appeared in my work and was gaining space. I am interested in its qualities, its imperfections and its innumerable possibilities of expression.
