The obstacles for the Red Bull Soapbox had to be safe to crash into, interactive, and technically built to create an exciting race. Based on a theme of the industrial revolution, I worked with events company Bearded Kitten to source, cost and fabricate their designs. 

I managed a small team, using a range of materials and processes including polycarving, scenic texturing and painting, and lots of structural development with magnets, velcro and other fasteners.
