Samples of bone casts. The bone I made a cast of was purchased from PetCo and cast in white plastic which I carved and distressed. 

Regarding sustainability and energy, meat production comes at a cost. In response I made a spoon that would deter these habits through alluding to the momento mori. Nothing says "As I am so you shall be" like eating out of a drumstick.
