The brief

Coral Sports-book acquire the European exclusivity rights to use Digital Sports Tech’s Players performance odds generator. They expect to offer to users a never before experience way of betting on players statistics.

The problem to solve

Several issues had a hight impact on the business revenues.

Lack of customer awareness of the new feature. Taxonomy, Promotion and Navigation issues.

Excessive cognitive load generated by a cluttered and not user-friendly interface.

What I did

Due to its iFrame format, the feature was already on line. This allows me on top of the stakeholders interviews, to identify the business expectations and KPI, to perform an expert evaluation to identify the obvious issues and to confirm/refine those findings with remote unmoderated Usability tests.

Based on the results of the research, I have proposed some recommendations in the form of a low-fidelity wireframe.

As development was not handled in house but directly by Digital Sports Tech, we iterate three times this process in the aim to the meet our quality standard.
