Jainaba Jobarteh organized a food co-op by using her model of urban farming to not only produce crops, but to inspire other farmers outside of Madrid to participate in her crusade to bring fresh, healthy ingredients to her community. Jainaba Jobarteh has a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, which she used to build her food organization and raise awareness of healthy foods.
