Social media campaign for The BIG One - AIGA Alaska's annual statewide design competition. As is tradition, the Best in Show winner from the previous year also wins the opportunity to design the visuals to help promote the competition the following year. Jontue Hollingsworth came to us with a big concept, and the rest is history. 

The overall campaign promotes three things - entering the competition, encouraging physical entry drop off for displays at the reception, and selling tickets to the reception - and spans two months. Post content delivers these details, but had a new life as the moose weaves together nods to designers who were brought up by AIGA to lecture and inspire our local design community. This gave us more content to play with, and helped maintain buzz throughout, with anecdotes and comments from the moose character himself. 

The campaign ran simultaneously over Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
and included banners, post images, sponsor thank you, and email communication. I was responsible for developing a content calendar, writing copy, regular posting, and working with the artist to ensure images were the correct size for each platform. I also provided design support following the artists concept as needed.
