Bottega Vasari is a Florentine restaurant located in the Santa Croce district.
The goal of the project was to create a logo that reflected the Florentine identity of the restaurant and connected Giorgio Vasari’s era with the present.
Therefore the logo incorporates the Florentine iris and it is inspired by the 16th century.
The letters were first created by hand using an broad nib and then digitized.
