As a participant in Erasmus+ project "Quality vs Quantity" in 2017/18, I designed a good-habit journal. The 28-day Good Habit Playbook helps you to kickstart good habits by giving you 1 task each day for 4 weeks (28-days). This 56-page notebook-size-guide (where you can write inside & track your progress) leads you through a journey of testing out various good habits to find at least one or two you would want to continue after finishing the playbook.
