A Solution to Nocturnal Pedestrians Fatalities

"In 2015, 15 people were killed in pedestrian/motor vehicle crashes every day in the USA. Pedestrian fatality rate is three times higher at night."
These facts made me feel eager to design and develop a line for night street wear that eased people being seen in the dark. They would be seen through the patterns that are printed on the garments by using reflective light pigments to print them. The patterns reference some long exposure photos of  lights in the city at night  that I took myself. They suggest the feeling of infinity and movements at night, just like that of the pedestrians. Yayoi Kusama's infinite rooms were used as the main source of inspiration for this small collection, in addition to other artists such as Adela Andea and Stephen Knapp.
