The assignment was given the following brief: "Create 2 poster designs for an upcoming, fictitious, RISD Lecture Series. Use the text provided and do not edit the copy. The poster must be completely typographic. size: 18 x 24 inches, vertical. color: 2 colors of your choosing. (this includes black if you choose it). typeface: Use up to 2 typefaces."
