Client: Santa Pelle
Project: Visual identity redesign (2017).
Concept: Santa Pelle is a fashion brand of women's leather clothing and accessories based in Goiânia/Brazil. The original brand lacked a design project that matched the brand's sophistication and the quality of its products. The gold previously used was replaced by the contrasting combination of two browns, dark and rosy. This color palette was inspired on their raw material and is coherently aligned with the desired values of their new positioning. The new logo was based on the typographic structure of a modern sans serif font, that was carefully customised, until it achieved the anatomical singularity of each character. The parallel strokes form the common aesthetic bond between them and the brand's graphics universe. The final result is a logo that achieves the right balance between originality, sophistication, exclusivity and femininity, and gives rise to a graphic universe that lives in perfect harmony with the personality of the brand.
