The Apprentice, The Dungeon, and the Goddamn Teapots was a game project for university where a team of 4 students, 1 artist and 3 coders, were given the task of creating a game in roughly 3 months.

We came up with a dungeon crawler/hack and slash with a Steampunk thematic.

PLOT:

The main character of the game is a blacksmith apprentice who was tired of working for his master. The master, who had been in the business for a long time, had reached the conclusion that the most profitable items he could craft were teapots (yes, metallic teapots).

Tired of it, the apprentice tried his luck in the long abandoned "Dungeon challenge" where the warrior that could overcome and defeat all the obstacles and enemies would get a huge treasure. Thus the apprentice could open his own business and make cool weapons.
What follows is my contribution to the game as the main artist:

Conclusion:

Our scope was too big given our knowledge, experience and time frame. Despite the game was unfinished we learned a lot, you can see a short game play of the last build.
