Commissioned to design our Prayer Room, Matt was faced with a challenging task. Budget was relatively tight, timeframe pressing. Above all, the aesthetic of the room had to marry competing demands: for comfort and austerity, for warmth and for reserve, for modern simplicity and rustic style. Matt achieved an elegant synthesis with flair and conviction, and the Prayer Room’s varied clientele attest to his success.
