Shock Advertising
The infographic is an overview of my final year research topic - ‘Shock Advertising.’ It depicts the evolution of shock advertisements beginning from the Benetton era and highlights the time period when internet memes were introduced in shock advertising. 

The objective was to create a distinction between the three infographics by employing an equal amount of gutter space between them. This is done to highlight the fact that each infographic focuses on a different component relating to the history of shock advertising. The dotted lines help bring out a sense of connectivity amongst the infographics, leading the viewer from the introduction of the advertisement to its detailed rhetorical analysis to the awards it won and criticism it received.
