First, I sketched different logos for the event. After carefully reviewing all of them, I chose three to vectorize. 

After vectorizing the logos, I did three different animations with the logos. 

After the feedback received, I chose one and refine it to be used as part of a promo clip for the event.

Then I create a rough of the promo clip of the event to brainstorm ideas of the final piece.
