For our final project in Typography, we had to create a poster and brochure for an exhibit our Type designer would hold. I designed mine with Louise Fili in mind and focused on the different art styles she would use in her work as well as the love she has for her heritage.
This first moodboard is based on her love for Art Deco as well as other design styles.
The concept behind the Sprezzatura moodboard comes from Fili's belief that the soul of a design is in the sketch.
Focusing on Fili's love for all things Italian by bringing in bright colors and unique lettering.
These were the first round of poster designs after creating the moodboards.
