Markelo, Netherlands.

March 2017
In Early Spring 2017 I traveled with other students from Italy, Germany and the Netherlands to Markelo, a village in the Netherlands. We were working on different comic projects for a whole week in a farm on the countryside, looking for some retirement and tranquil place. I got immediately bewitched by the stunning landscapes; they are musical, almost synesthetic. It got soon clear to me why it is all about landscapes in Dutch Painting. There’s no other better way to seize them rather than through art.
