What up everyone?!?! Meet my dude Chauncey. Chauncey was created using the pen tool to trace his outline. I then created his eyes by using the ellipse tool, then using the direct selection tool to duplicate the shapes. I also used the ellipse tool to create the mouth and manipulated the shape by the anchor points and handles on the shape, the same goes for the stomach shape. The hair was created using the pencil tool, then manipulating the shape, then duplicating the shape to create multiple pieces of hair. I then used the transform and reflect option to create hair for both sides of the head. I then used the rectangle tool to make the background and filled it with a gradient. I went into the gradient tools, and changed the appearance to radial. The small hills Chauncey is standing on where created using the knife tool. The colors of the hills were created using the live paint-bucket tool. The stars in the background were created by using the star tool. After I created the original star, I added the star to my symbols library, then used the spray tool to duplicate the stars all over the page.
