I interviewed five people, aged between 19 and 21.
From the information gathered, I created a main persona.

So I improved the app, re-doing it with different style and colours.

On the employee home screen, the user can choose what days they want to be rostered in for, utilizing a building block type system. The same is with the manager's home screen, except they can change which days to put people in by dragging and dropping their employee's block, marked with their initials. I couldn't showcase this using XD.
