Last year I was lucky enough to partner with Sector 9 for an Artist Series of board designs. I've been a skateboarder for as long as I can remember, so this was a total dream come true for me!
Rough ideas for concepts.
The four initial ideas - some classic horror characters, a dino theme, a series of b-movie inspired designs and some more abstract, speed based illustrations.
Option 3, the 'B-Movie' series was chosen - here are the revised sketches.
