MASTERPLAN OFFENBACH – ZEHN SCHLÜSSELPROJEKTE
Die IHK Offenbach hat gemeinsam mit der Stadt 2015 einen Masterplanprozess gestartet, aus dem in Zusammenarbeit mit den Stadtplanern von AS&P Albert Speer & Partner eine spannende Vision für den Standort hervorgegangen ist. Insgesamt 10 Schlüsselprojekte profilieren diese Vision und bereiten die Stadt auf die Herausforderungen der Zukunft vor. Doch wer sich nicht Tag ein Tag aus mit Stadtplanung beschäftigt, für den sind diese Ideen und Maßnahmen sicherlich abstrakt: Perspektiven, Vokabular und Kartenmaterial sind unzulänglich und kompliziert. Dabei geht es um ein wichtiges Thema für alle in der Stadt: Das unmittelbare Lebensumfeld der Bürger_innen.
Together with the city, the IHK Offenbach started a master plan process in 2015, which, in cooperation with the town planners of AS & P Albert Speer & Partner, resulted in an exciting vision for the location. A total of 10 key projects are profiling this vision and preparing the city for the challenges of the future. But those who do not spend a day dealing with urban planning, for whom these ideas and measures are certainly abstract: perspectives, vocabulary and maps are inadequate and complicated. It is about an important issue for everyone in the city: the immediate living environment of the citizens.
Unsere anschaulichen und hochwertigen Illustrationen der zehn zentralen Masterplanprojekte fügen diese in Offenbacher Stadtkontexte ein und sorgen so für Wiedererkennung und Nachvollziehbarkeit – und gleichzeitig entsteht ein imagebildender Wert für den Masterplanprozess. In einer Zeitungsbeilage wurde das Ergebnis an alle Offenbacher Haushalte verschickt.
Our vivid and high-quality illustrations of the ten central master plan projects bring them in city context, ensuring recognition and traceability – and at the same time they create an image for the master plan process. In a newspaper supplement, the result was sent to all households in Offenbach.
