Hello, everyone. I am shenglai. Today, i will talk about the project 2. the ideas come form the materialisation 9. My key words of materialisation 9 is warm, love and quite. According to this, i made my project 2. My project 2 is the interior design of home because the home always is the symbol of warm and make people feel warm. And also, the shape of materialisation 9 is light bulb so i used it to make points. Next, i will show my project. These is my rendering of project and model. First, i determined the targeting group and i decided to target these people, just graduated form college, employees and the people who is living alone. And also, i make the site plan according to these people. The business zone is mostly in the city so the firstly site plan decided in the city. The second site plan has choose the waterloo because it is new development zone. The last site is choose burwood. I compare the different of the three place. the benefit of city is living convenience and it is in the business zone. However, it also have high level of consumption. There are some benefit of waterloo. For example, it is new development zone and it has great space for development. However, it also is inconvenient to life. Finally, i will talk about the benefit and harm of burwood. The benefit of burwood also is living convenience because there are two and three shopping mall, more restaurant and the good medical environment. However, it has mostly old buildings. According to these, i choose burood. Next, i will explain the project. First is about colour, i choose the wood and white colour because it make people feel the natural and helling and this group also make project simple and clear. There are the points of project, lighting.
And also, i added some feature in the project. For example, there are entresol, the sky window, bar table, stairs and TV wall. There are the showing of bathroom and the laundry room and warehouse
