A classic downtown brunch spot.
Inspired by the name of the restaurant, ‘Rock Salt’, the halite isometric crystals, indispensable to our diet, have much to offer aesthetically with it’s interesting chemistry and rich history. Our very own Himalayan Salt, famed for it’s pink hue, has been the main ingredient in the design. Having changed hands between the Mughals, Britons and Pakistanis, the design is a case study on how east meets west, traditional meets contemporary, using Himalayan Salt as a guide to set a tone, palette and texture.
