Unilever has digitized their recruitment process to be best in class, allowing for a higher level of candidate self-selection, faster decision making, with deeper levels of candidate engagement.  It is a truly inclusive selection approach that reinforces the Unilever Employee Value Proposition, giving a realistic preview of the role and what it’s like to work at Unilever.

The Global HR team approached Blue Juice to brand the new process bringing it to life through a series of engaging infographics and animations.


We used their extensive colour pallet along with culturally diverse characters to reflect Unilever's diverse employees and the varying roles within the organisation.  They not only gave the journey a fun aspect but also spoke to Unilever's human side that's at the core of their philosophy as an organisation.
