Goppion Caffe is a coffee shop in Italy that will soon to rise in Manila to serve good quality and aromatic coffee beans to Filipinos. And what’s exciting about the rise of Goppion here in Manila is that there will be an additional place you can go to sniff and sip a good cup of coffee whenever you need some place to feel like one of the monarchs for a day.
For this project, the client wants the feel of renaissance, vintage aesthetic and being royal yet modern theme.
You can see on top of the brand name is a red circular shape showing letter “G” which stands for “Goppion”. But aside from that if you can take a closer look, it shows a top view of a coffee mug. This tells that every customer deserve their top service and quality coffee. That you’re always on their top priority, and that is your view whenever your visit their shop and have their good cup of coffee.
The logo has strong colors which are black, red, and white sharp fonts showing the brand name, simple yet elegant. Client want the logo as is because it simply shows the simplicity of what Goppion is all about. At the same time, it shows a strong character which is the foundation and tradition where Goppion started all the success.
For the business cards, the theme used are patterns with coffee beans to bring out the feel of coffee shop, Goppion.
Each pattern gives an organic and aromatic feel of raw coffee beans fresh from the burlap sack placed inside a barn. Hmm can you smell that?
To draw closely to the target market, the team also created a website that is designed for Filipinos. Since the theme is a combination of renaissance, vintage aesthetic and royalties, the team came up with the texture and patterns shown above.
