The constraints of this project dictated a primarily technical design challenge. Build a gravity powered motion vehicle out of steel rod, sheet metal and three roller blade wheels. 

The performance of the vehicle was to be assessed on three metrics; distance, speed and control. By using the third wheel as a gyroscope to balance the vehicle, all three testing metrics were improved.
