Every year the staff would lose their save the dates and forget the details of the event. My idea was this cootie catcher – it would invoke childlike excitement, while encouraging staff to hold onto it as a keepsake. The inside of the catcher held the date of the event.
The invitation to the staff funtion (left). Each had a unique number. I used the page number marker function on InDesign to achieve this.

Style Bar required games and activities to keep everyone entertained during the function. I suggested Bingo, with hair-related words. My friend is an expert with excel, and so he created a csv-file for me to import into InDesign (in order to create 80 unique bingo cards). The game was a huge success.
The best stylists in various categories received these certificates and gifts.
