ECON WALL has been used to create Australia’s first 9 Star energy rated insulated concrete thermal mass house with beyond carbon neutral potential. ECON WALL has been invented by Sanjiv Gosain (B Tech, MIE Aust). He is a graduate in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India and has considerable technical and management experience in mechanical and electrical engineering as well as energy saving technologies. Sanjiv remains committed to the further research and development of new energy saving and environmentally friendly building solutions. Since inventing ECON WALL, Sanjiv has invented an insulated concrete thermal mass slab system which further extends the thermal mass concept and enables the construction of energy efficient multi storey buildings.
